FAQ

Questions organisers ask most often

What can I do for free?

Everything except publishing. Create your organisation and races, pick a template, build pages and branding and set up registration. You only need a subscription when you want the site to go public and take registrations.

How do runners pay the entry fee, and where does the money go?

By bank transfer: they scan the NBS IPS QR code in their banking app or pay to the account directly. The money goes straight to the organiser's account. trka.org takes no commission.

How do I know who has paid?

Every registration gets its own payment reference number, so matching a payment on your bank statement to a runner is easy. The participant list shows the payment status of every runner and you confirm payments in a few clicks. The runner then automatically gets a confirmation and a bib number.

I'm not a tech person. Will I manage?

If you can write a Facebook post, you'll manage. You start from a template, change the text and photos, and see your changes instantly. You don't need a developer.

Can I use my own domain (e.g. myrace.com)?

For now your site lives at yourrace.trka.org. Support for your own domain is planned.

What about runners' data?

The data belongs to you as the organiser. You can export it to CSV at any time. Read the details in our privacy policy.

Do I get a VAT invoice?

Yes. Payments are handled by Polar.sh as Merchant of Record, which sends an invoice for every payment. Buying as a company? Add your company name, address and tax ID.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes, at any time. You keep access until the end of the paid year; after that the subscription won't renew.

What happens when my plan ends?

Your race sites go offline, but all your data is kept. Renew and the sites come straight back, with no need to publish again.
